Acro for Dance

Our Acro for Dance program is designed specifically for dancers who want to expand their skill set with advanced acrobatic training. The class places a strong emphasis on aerial work, including side aerials, front aerials, back aerials, and aerial connections, while also incorporating handstand training and spatial awareness development using the trampoline. By training on surfaces such as the sprung floor, air floor, and trampoline, dancers can safely focus on proper technique, refine their execution, and build confidence in their skills before transitioning them to the dance floor. This structured approach not only helps dancers achieve their acro goals but also enhances performance quality, stage presence, and overall athleticism.
