What is Interclub Trampolining?
Competitive Trampoline is a fun, exciting, and rewarding Olympic sport. It also requires hard work, dedication and perseverance.  Competitive sports help us develop life skills such as goal setting, time management, positive thinking, sportsmanship, teamwork and social skills. The Interclub program is an introduction to trampoline as a competitive sport. The interclub athletes jump two days per week for two hours each day (4h/week).  Athletes will have the opportunity to represent Laws of Motion at 3 local invitational competitions throughout the year.

Ottawa's Trampoline, Tumbling, and Parkour club

Laws of Motion is Ottawa's premier Trampoline, Tumbling, and Parkour gymnastics club. Our elite coaches help Ottawa athletes of all levels reach the next step in their careers. Located adjacent to the Black Widow Cheer Gym, our club caters to athletes of all ages looking to learn a higher level of gymnastics and trampoline skills in a fun safe environment without having to commit to the intensive schedule required of a competitive gymnastics program.

Whether you're a cheerleader, gymnast, trampolinist, diver, skier/snowboarder, figure skater, break dancer, acrobatist, the next karate kid, or just looking for a fun workout experience, our programs will help you reach the next level in your sport.

All of our coaches are at least NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) level 2 certified, meaning that, unlike most gym clubs, they can teach higher level skills in a recreational program.

The club was started by two long time friends and former national level gymnasts, Ryan Parkes and Nick Grimard. With over 30 years of combined trampoline, tumbling, and gymnastics coaching experience in the Ottawa area, our staff and training philosophy will ensure each athlete that enters our facility will get to work and train the skills and techniques that are appropriate to them.
